The staff here are really nice and accommodating to our pups. We regularly bring our dogs there and use their self-service dog washing stations. They always have fresh towels and the water is the perfect warm temperature. They have several dog shampoo options including hypoallergenic, oatmeal, deodorizer, and shampoo with conditioner. Sometimes there’s a wait time but I’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes. You can also prepay for dog baths and they give you a card that you show each time you return. You get one bath for free if you buy it at the time you give your dog a bath.

Aside from their bath station, they have a wide array of pet food, treats, and other supplies. There’s always plenty of parking and the facility is clean. My dog accidentally did a messy #2 there and I was so embarrassed. I was trying to clean it up but the staff came to the rescue and didn’t make me feel like a pesky customer who couldn’t control my dog’s bowel movements. I was very grateful.

This store has a good selection of pet supplies. We’ve been shopping here for three years. When we first moved to the area, they encouraged me to sign up for their rewards program. At every checkout, I asked if I could use my rewards. The answer was always, “You don’t have enough points yet”. Come to find out last week, I had thousands of points that expired. And I did not receive a single email.
When my husband and I went to the store and asked about this, the young lady at the check out (Kimberly) said they did not send out any emails about expiring rewards or any other notifications… She had a very disrespectful attitude and had zero intention of helping us. When asked to see a manager, she said she was the manager yet had not offer to assist us.
We want to supper local businesses. But now think it’s better to simply order online via many other sites with better customer service.

Affordable dog wash. Wish they had brushes, but I came prepared. Wish the floor wasn't soaking wet...my large puppy left with soaking wet paws. Dryers are like most places and blow cold air. Didn't shop in the store but they have any and everything you could be looking for.

My dog took a direct hit from a skunk the night before, so I called them to ask if I could bring him in for a self-serve bath. Not only did they immediately accommodate my smelly guy, they had pulled the de-skunk shampoo from the shelf and it was waiting for me on my arrival. Bath tubs were clean, water was a good temperature, and the high-velocity dryer worked wonderfully.

Thanks to the staff at the store today, we are de-skunking our house too with home-care products they helped me find. Thank you!

Terrible experience. Went to this location a few weeks ago and manager did not know about the recycling program. Was told they do not participate anymore (not true).

When ready to check out , we were ignored by two employees (both saw us waiting). Manager did not delegate the employees and did not seem to know how to use the register. (Manager said they have been working there for a month at that point).

Employees and manager didn’t seem to have customer service skills and made us feel unwanted in the store.

Would recommend the Sterling store instead.

We love taking our 11 year old black lab to get her baths there, they have all the supplies, and really good deals on food. Unfortunately, in our last experience, there were 3 staff (2 guys very kind) but one lady very rude and disrespectful. While me and my mom were washing the dog, my husband waited with my 2 year old in the hallway, the lady approached to my husband and ask him in a rude way why he left my son alone. And he was literally next to him. So far is the only issue we have ever had at this store.

I recently visited Pet Supplies Plus in Ashburn and had a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff. They were incredibly helpful in guiding me through their wide selection of pet products.

This store is smaller than chantilly. Apparently they have a mobile vet here that you can take your pets to. I came here for some Earth Animal chicken Jerly that is on sale, and my girls eats about 1 bag a day. They also have the aquarium Graceland vacuum which they have.
