I truly feel sorry for the employees at this store. The older man, who appears to be either the manager or owner, is shockingly rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant. His behavior toward customers is completely unacceptable, and it’s clear he lacks basic respect for both customers and staff alike. After this experience, I can confidently say I will never shop here again. I’d rather go out of my way and drive further than have to deal with him again.

What’s even more concerning is how poorly he treats his employees. Watching the way he interacts with both customers and staff was uncomfortable and disheartening. Based on the numerous reviews describing similar encounters with this same individual, it’s astounding that Corporate hasn’t taken action. His negative attitude seems to affect everyone around him, and it’s truly unfortunate that such behavior is tolerated in a customer-facing business.

I hope something is done to address this, for the sake of the staff and future customers. As for us, we will never shop there again as long as he is associated with the store.

Customer service is horrible. Im pretty sure their staff is not trained in how to properly interact with clients. I always feel like I’m begging them for assistance. Today I called in to confirm if they had Balloon drop bags available and the gentleman who answered said they did. Me: can you provide the pricing. Staff: I don’t know from the top of my head. Me: can you please look it up? Staff: ok, and proceeded to share the price. Me: Thanks, do you know if it’s reusable? Staff: I don’t know I don’t have the product in hands it’s all the way on the shelf and I’m in front.

Sandy and Shyla (not sure of the spelling) were truly amazing!! Their customer service was the best I’ve encountered in years!! I had originally placed a huge online order for same day pick up. The system glitched and changed my order. Sandy called me and tried to resolve the issues immediately. The moment I came into the store both Sandy and Shyla were super positive, kind, patient, and had multiple solutions for me to pick from. They put me at ease and I ended up cancelling the order and placing a completely new one at the store. Their exceptional expertise had me comfortably step back and have them take full creative control of my order. And I’m glad I did that because the balloons and sweet 16 theme came out better than my original order!!

This rating is just for those 2 amazing Ladies because without them this store would truly have a huge loss!! Their customer service makes up for the lack of variety in products that other similar stores have.

I won't write a bad review for this store, but I'm going to just try to shed a bit a light on what needs to be improved - the attitude of the older gentleman. I was there when the store opened to get 20 balloons blown and when I came in I felt like my request was a problem. He seemed annoyed that I had not placed an order, and just off putting. I really wanted to confront his attitude but didn't want to risk him not getting my order done or any confrontation. I was the first customer of the day - how are you so cranky with the first customer and I was nice. I'm in the service industry so to be greeted in the way just felt bad. Two young ladies who work there - I hope this work ethic does not rub off on them. They seemed delightful - older gentleman - please be nicer to your customers.

Wow. Seems like that store isn't really taking things seriously when hiring their employees. There is an older gentleman that works there. He is rude rude rude. I hope they fire him soon he does not need to be working in retail with a very nasty attitude. I asked him if he has time to blow up some ballons for me he got nasty and said we'll go get what you want and you will need to pay for them first and I'll blow.them up. I proceed to put the basket down and he had the nerve to tell me over there yelling trying to tell me where I need to put the basket at. very bad experience and he rushed blowing up my ballons too.

Poor experience today. Walked in with my daughter to grab a few things and while I was shopping, an older gentleman accused my daughter of touching things, when in fact she was not. He was very rude. I mean it’s not like this place had expensive items but either way my child knows not to grab things unless she asks me first. I went upfront to talk to the cashier and she was friendly and helpful when I made my complaint, she told me he was the store manager. I was surprised to hear that, considering his lack of customer service skills. I will skip this place and go to party city next time.

This is the first negative review I’ve ever written. While the older man who works in the store doesn’t extend an ounce of hospitality or professionalism EVER (never seen a more consistently grouchy person anywhere), I have continued to shop there because of location convenience. No more. I’ll drive elsewhere. Most recently, I went into the store to get several items, including balloons. With the bundling, I purchased a $14 48” number balloon for my granddaughter’s birthday. It was a windy day and a customer walked in to say the wind had taken her number balloon away. The man said, “that’s the second one today.” Then said to me, “good thing I’m In a good mood” — and he replaced the number balloon for the customer. I was super careful leaving the store because if the prior customer’s experience & made sure to hold the balloons blonde. As soon as I stepped out the door, the wind kicked up, the tabs broke/ripped on the $14 balloon, and off it went. I stepped back into the store and the man looked at me and said in a rude tone, “You, too? Im not giving you another balloon. It’s not my fault. It’s an act of nature.” This was in front of other customers. I left the store.

While I agree that it wasn’t his fault, the balloon tab ripped. I didn’t let go. He had also replaced someone else’s balloon right in front of me and I know he had done so prior.

I’ve spent a lot of $$ in that store — for family & work. But moving forward, I will spend my money where it’s valued.

Went to go return a hat that didn’t fit, and was immediately greeted by a very rude person who said “can’t return anything wearable” even though there is no mention of that on the actual receipt. (She pointed out a bootleg sign that mentions it in the store)
