Nordstrom Rack across the street from Dulles Town Centre Mall. They have a large variety of items. What’s nice is you can order from their website and then return to this store. Ample parking in front of the store and other stores close and fast food close by.

This store has good pricing and very nice clothing and shoes. HOWEVER, myself and others refuse to stand in this checkout line. They started with 3 cashiers. Two were actually working as cashiers the other was checking in clothes. Mind you that there is roughly 15 people or more waiting to leave. Upon myself walking out there were at least 4 others who also rejected this customer NO service. Fir some reason, with this long line, the cashiers dwindled down to one. REALLY! Please correct this. This is not Walmart or Target. ?‍

Overall, the store was well-maintained, very clean, and tidy. However, they appeared understaffed in the middle of the day as we stood in line for check-outcheckout for at least 10 to 15 minutes. The cashier did not apologize for the wait and inconvenience and continued troubleshooting an issue with a colleague at the next register. As a result of this incredibly long wait and lack of customer service at check out, I likely will not return to this location.

This store have everything you need from children to adults, from shoes ? to coats ?, clothing and beauty products. A bit pricey but good quality. I love Nordstrom.

Online experience was great, but in-store was not so much. I suppose it is a hit or miss type of place so I shouldn't have expected much, but I found it messy and and it had a general dirty feeling... Almost like a warehouse, which might be what they are going for.

By far, my favorite department store for clothing items. I rarely walk out without something I found. From suits to tee shirts they have it all. If you are checking out the discount racks, just make sure to look over the items thoroughly in case there is a defect. Personally, I’ve never found one…so far!!

I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit to your Nordstrom Rack location.

Today, I planned to swing by your store to pick up a few items before it closed at 8 PM, as indicated by the posted hours. However, when I arrived around 7:15 PM, I was surprised to find the doors already locked and an associate informing me that the store had closed at 7 PM.

This unexpected early closure was disappointing and inconvenienced my plans for the evening. It would have been helpful to receive advance notice of the change in operating hours, especially considering the posted schedule.

I understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate adjustments to store hours, but clear communication with customers can help manage expectations and avoid frustration.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that you can ensure a smoother experience for customers in the future.
