If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I was charged MORE than the amount on my invoice. Part of my order was never even received. I have trying to fill out the contact us form on their site and I get an every time. I call and no one answers and it says the voicemail is full. I have emailed several times and no response. I have ordered MonoB several times as it sells well in my shop. This was the first time I ordered directly from their site and they have lost me a customer. I will not order here again and will be reporting their store. Again, DO NOT ORDER!! Awful service, they do not respond and steal your money.

Terrible customer service at the Fashion District location on Saturday morning. Before shopping I asked one of the reps if they accept Zelle, he said yes. I continued to shop, upon checking out there was another man and lady. He counted the items and gave me my total, I asked for the number to Zelle. He grabbed the clothes and said only cash on Saturday & Sunday and said NO SALE, sorry. I asked again politely as I was completely confused. And he said NO. He was very rude and condescending, even she looked at him surprisingly as he did not need to be that rude. I will never be shopping here again.

The quality is amazing the price point is fabulous the fit is perfect for all ages and the styles are current and fashion forward!! And customer service is amazing!! We are so excited to have found this awesome line and we highly recommend it!!

The quality of their clothing is comparable to Lululemon, Nike, etc. I haven't had any issues with faulty merchandise with this brand and have been buying from them since November 2017.

The styles are super cute and they have new arrivals that always seem to come at the right time. They are responsive when you ask questions in their Live Chat on their website which I love. I can get my questions answered quickly and accurately.

I would say, just make sure to read the product page to make sure it says IN STOCK under the product numbers to make sure the styles you want are available when you order.

Overall, love this brand! My customers do like bright colors, however, so I'm hoping they'll be adding more bright colors soon! I do love their soft color palette, I just know my customers love the brighter colors.
