I have been going to the Tory Burch @ Sawgrass outlets for a few years now. I must say my best experience was with Sales Associate named Diamond
& the manager Robert. Diamond was attentive without smothering me. Diamond was extremely patient and doubled checked on all my requests & questions. Diamond was professional, nice & tender. I was having a rough day and Diamond put a smile on my face. Later on I decided to call the store and speak to the manager on duty, which was Robert. Robert patiently listened to everything I had to share & was super nice!!!

I absolutely love these shoes. The thing I love the most about them is after you wear them 10 times you get a completely different shoe because they will fall apart. Amazing for New York fashion week.

I have to give a big thank you to Stephanie! She was so helpful giving me the space I needed in order to make a selection. I walked in originally looking for a pair of sandals that I ordered for my best friends birthday gift. Stephanie was so kind and non judgmental. Reason why I say that is because the another associate looked me up and down with a face of disgust. Thank you Stephanie for making me feel comfortable after such an odd first experience. I will return and only ask to be seen by Stephanie.

I was wondering why the metal on those products kept oxidizing and today an employee at a regular store in Aventura mall told me what is sold in the outlet is made differently with less quality than the regular products, “to make people like the brand”. Usually outlets are known to carry older collections or products with minor defects, not completely other products than what the brand is known for. If the objective is to make people like the brand it’s a complete fail when you tarnish your brand image in this fashion. If the goal is to make the product more accessible to “make them like the brand”, and that product is not good, I can assure it did the opposite.

The pandemic days are over and they still make people wait outdoors on 90-95F to actually enter a store. I get it, gets overcrowded but they do that no matter what. Maybe that’s why the sales people working there are all over you and constantly asking questions. You feel rushed and not free to just look around. They want you in and out fast. It’s absolutely not pleasant to shop there. Selection is not that great and I even got large crossbody monogram bag that for sure you can see has few flaws. They just bring those with flaws or not sold or out of Season. I love just shopping at regular TB store or online or Dept stores. Trust me no one wants to be waiting outside on the heat before entering that you already destroyed the mood to shop.

I really like the ambience of this store. It was my first time coming in and I was helped by this one guy I forgot his name but he was tall. ( Maybe Alberto? Something like that) I liked how he helped me pick out something according to my needs. And he treated me as if I were a long time friend. Very friendly! Would recommend my friends to shop here.

Great selections. Awesome deals. You have to wait in a line to go inside and be assigned a sakesperson but it is totally worth the wait. If you love Tory Burch then you must shop here while in town.
