BEWARE! I have bought various items from them over the last few years and probably spent thousands of dollars with them. I usually buy something just about every week. Often the pieces are "ok" but several have been broken, missing parts or just did not function properly. The owner Steve has always been willing to work with me and refund my money or some of the items I have just thrown away. On 11/7/2023, I purchased two wicker chase lounges for a total of $483.36, premium prices. One of the chairs the ad noted "small blemish on side". Two of his workers, each carrying a chair loaded them into my truck. I live about 8 minutes from there. Once home we inspected the chairs and found that the wicker was literally falling apart in several areas and looks like maybe the wicker is even dry rotting on both chairs, far more damage than a "small blemish". Given my past dealings with Steve and thinking he was an honest person, I called immediately. I offered to return the chairs or to even negotiate a reasonable price and make do with them. He refused both offers and went as far as belittling me saying, I just had buyer's remorse, refused to even try to have a conversation with me and hung up on me. These people will never get another cent from me, and I caution everyone to be aware. I am now going to have to fight him through other avenues for what should have been an honest and trustworthy transaction. Oh, and btw, they charge your credit card before you ever get to see or pick-up your items.

Like another reviewer said, they make it very clear that items are sold "as is". That being said, I bought a console table in which the picture show on the site (2 shelves) was not the model I would up buying (1 shelf). And, while they said the products are inspected, the one shelf had a very noticeable part of the corner finish missing. These are no doubt not intentional and honest mistakes, but you are taking on risks with return items. Personally, I will continue to bid and buy, as most purchases are good deals.

Everything I have bought from them turned out to be great stuff. I know there is some risk involved, but it's great to see they actually check the items before selling. Especially since I have to travel 1.5 hours to get to them. Other online auction resellers can't say that.

Update: They did email me and refund this item. I think majority of their items are good. I have purchased again since this item and had most items in perfect working condition. I’ve also referred them to many family members who also shop from them.

I’ve purchased from here several times. Unfortunately it seems that all of my bigger purchases have been the ones that are not worth the price paid. Before this last time I purchased a trampoline, for $300 plus the 13% buyers charge and then tax. I was given two completely different trampoline boxes, I was told I would be given the complete set of I brought what I had back up there. When I arrived I was given a check and they threw the trampoline away, they didn’t have the trampoline I paid for? This is a little frustrating since I live over an hour away, one way, and I also had to get a sitter just so it would fit in my car.

This last time I purchased a dresser that appeared to be new in the box and the description didn’t state otherwise, for $120 plus the 13% and tax. When my husband and I assembled we realized that there were a couple of pieces that were broken, we used a little wood glue and that fixed it since it wasn’t a weight bearing area. However at the end of putting it all together we seen that the top of the dresser was completely gone from the box, we now have a dresser without a top to it and I have no way to take it back up there even if they agreed to take it back.

Very disappointing, would not purchase any big ticket items from them again.

I have made many purchases and most were great experiences. However buyer beware. When they say “as is” they mean it even if they clearly did not do due diligence to make sure an item does not have defects making that item unusable.

Make sure you check your items when you pick them up. Since they load your items to your car, it is easy to not check. I bid and won what I thought was a pet exercise pen as that is what the listing stated but when I got home I realized it was a book stand of some sort. I emailed the company twice and never received a response, even if nothing could be done, any type of response would of been nice.

The items are always represented honestly and of good quality. The pick up process is sooo easy and they are very helpful.
