I have had such a wonderful experience at this store with Sabrina. Everyone is always so friendly. They have some beautiful items, I never feel any pressure to buy. Sabrina knows how to make some great recommendations based on my style.

I don’t have any Hermes stores close to where I live, but this is a location I’m definitely willing to travel to if I need to do some shopping. I highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about how warm and welcoming the staff is at this boutique. My SA Sabrina is the sweetest, kindest soul. I was very blessed to inherit scarves from my grandmother which ignited my love of the brand and Sabrina has been so wonderful in helping me expand my knowledge and grow my collection. With her help I have since added tabletop pieces to my Hermès collection that I absolutely treasure. I was also so pleased to see that Sabrina and the team at Millenia were highlighted on the Hermès website for those interested in seeking a career with Hermès. Such a smart choice by the brand; the Hermes team at Millenia, and Sabrina in particular, exemplifies kindness, care, and dedication!

So many people at the store. Friendly staff and very dedicated. Too bad they only had 2 lipsticks left to purchase (and no they don’t have a try me on). They had huge selection of footwear and can order your size online if they are out of stock in the store. Cute baby stuffed animals, blankets and decor.

In-store beats online any day. I ended up purchasing 2 belts. One being the Quizz H2O silver 38mm buckle for men, the online site only displays the gold version, when comparing the 2 side by side, the silver distinguishably stands out and pops more against the belt. The belt colors are not as accurate online, I changed my mind once I saw the belts in the store. I also purchased the H Guillochee buckle with the belt, way more striking in person and better combination selection, you don't see all the details online. Indra Rivera was my fashion consultant, she was patient and excellent, and gave me superior attention and guidance. I had a wonderful shopping experience, and it took away any second-guessing, which made me feel much better and good about the purchase.

I simply ask about my size in the Oran sandal that I confirmed with an SA via phone. I asked how long the wait was but instead was told the shoe cost $800 ?…shop elsewhere if you are a person of color I won’t tolerate the unconscious biases.

I had to tell the guy that i needed help from a sales person after being waiting, the sales person was extremely disorganized she didn't know what she was selling i remember right that was an asian woman, thank god i knew what i wanted, they didn't have everything in stock, and she said you can have 2 of the same basically she didn't want to search stock or anything. Then when she was asking for information for the bill the lady came while we were looking other items to confirm data and things that apparently the system did not work correctly. Awful experience really. I will keep buying Hermes because i love their products but paying that for that service NO.
