I don't even wanna give a star to here.

I got repaired my car from Don Valley Hyundai, and got new scratches on my car. I complained about it, but nobody gave me any resolution over the phone and in person neither.
I send an email to Hyunai Canada as well, they sent me an email which said the representative of Don Valley will contact me, but NOBODY talked to me. I have waited for almost a month. NOBODY deals with my car. I have waited for their reaction for a long time because I remember people there have been so nice to me through the 2years after I got my Elantra. HOWEVER, when I get this problem, nobody cares about it. Maybe they just didn't take a look on my message cuz because I was too nice to them when I talked, they might think I don't cause big problem. Maybe because I am an asian girl who looks like cannot fight for it. I will try to do everything what I can do with it from now.

They fixed my car so fast, it took only two days. I went to pick my car up on 19th.Oct.Sat. I just checked my tires(I changed all my tires and fixed alignment with cost $2000) and just came back home right away. HOWEVER, when I took off from my car,I saw new scratches on ma car, upper side of window. It was on the driver seat side, and kinda big scratches, I knew it is from the service center.I checked my car carefully. i found out the left side of my car, there were another new small scratches as well. I was kinda super mad at the scratches since I've never imagined it would be happened at 'THE HYUNDAI SERVICE CENTER'. Anyway,
(1)I just called them right away, a woman picked up the phone call. I explained that I got new scratches from the center, I wanted to talk with a person who is in charge of. She said she will connect me to the person. After that, the person's call line was busy, I left my voice mail for getting call back. I DIDN't get any call back.
(2)I called again. Same woman answered the phone. I explained about the situation, again, and she said she will connect me to 'CHRIS' who is in charge of. Same thing happened again. Line was busy, I left a voice mail again for getting call back, an hour later, still didn't get the call back.
(3) I called again, NOBODY ANSWERED this time^^
I thought a customer get scratches on the car from the service center, it could be a big issue. However, they might don't care about it. Anyway, I wanted to solve the problem in the same day. I thought they can doubt me if I show them the new scratches after few days. So I decided to go to the Don valley hyundai again, in a same day, which is far from my house.
(4)when I went there, there was Sean, assistant service manger who tried to help me. I ask him if I can see the pics which the car inspector took before they fixed my car, then I can compare with my new scratches. I saw the pics from the car inspector, but most of them was shaken, blurry, so it was hard to see.
(5)Sean told me the representative for me, Salar is not there on the day. He told me I can send pics of new scratches to Sean by email. He told me he will deliver to my representative, Salar on the coming Mon after the weekend, then he will contact me right away.
(6)NOBODAY CONTACTED ME FOR 2WEEKS.
(7) I sent a complaint email to Hyundai Canada directly.
(8)Hyundai canada answered me almost a week after.
(9)They told me the representative of Don Valley will contact me in tree to five days, and that was 4th.Nov. I didn't do anything and wait for the contact cuz they asked me to. However, today is 12th.Nov. STILL DIDN'T HEAR ANYTHING ABOUT IT.

This is first time in my life,I wrote something bad on the google review. But what can I do? I called here, I talked to in person, I sent an email + contacted to Hyundai Canada as well. But problem not solved.

Customer service is quite trash.

I recently had my car in for an engine replacement, and it was completed within a week, which made a significant difference in my life. Chris, the service advisor, and Peter, the shop foreman, were exceptional to work with. They communicated clearly throughout the entire process, keeping me informed about the necessary repairs and progress.

The manager, Billy, and Sean, both demonstrated exceptional skills and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

Throughout the entire process, Billy and Sean maintained open lines of communication, keeping me informed of the progress and any potential issues that arose. They were always available to answer my questions and address any concerns I had, which made the entire experience much less stressful.

I've been trying all day to talk with someone about my car, and it has been just impossible. No one wants to offer information. The only answer I get is that someone will call me back, but no one does it. What a crappy customer service commitment you have. However, whenever it is to buy a car, OMG, they treat you like a king. This is not the right way to do business, my friends.
