I bought a new truck and when I got it, one of the four tires did not match. No problem. The dealership said they would have to order the other tire in and replace it the next week and for my trouble, they offered to fill it with gas as well. When I showed up for my service appointment, I was ignored as I pulled into the service bay. I approached a gentleman who seemed annoyed that he had to speak to me. He told me he knew nothing of it and instead of him checking on it he told me I would have to go find someone in sales to explain to him what we were doing. Then they acted annoyed once that was lined out. I waited in the waiting room, they came in and said “All done. Sign here. I guess we’ll figure out later who’s paying for this”. I laughed because I sure wasn’t paying for it. He just wanted me out of his hair at this point so I pulled out. Not only did they not fill the gas, the tire pressures on all four tires were never even checked because they all fluctuated about 5 psi plus or minus from each other. Then, when I got out to make sure in the daylight that it was the right tire (which it was thankfully), the tire and wheel had grease smeared all over it. Here’s some suggestions: welcome customers with a smile and ask how you can help them. Then, at least put forth a little effort to give the perception that you’re a first rate service operation. I don’t care so much about the gas even though that was promised. The thing that bothered me the most is not taking an extra 2 minutes to double check the pressures, and take a rag and wipe up the tire to make it look at least half way nice in those brand new wheels! Disappointed to say the least. I gave 2 stars because they did the the right tire, did not charge me, and it seems to have been balanced properly. All things that should have been done anyway, but I’m trying to be somewhat positive. Lastly, the sales waiting area there is nice. The service side waiting room needs some attention as well. Old, badly stained chairs for customers look tacky like you’re about to go out of business or just don’t care.
