Ordered this dress to wear to a wedding. I tried to zip it down, and the zipper broke. I reached out to them, and they said they would not accept it back. Even though it came damaged. They sell these cheap clothes at high prices and have the worst customer service.

I will make an exception to my usual practice of not leaving negative reviews for subpar businesses. I am extremely disappointed with missing items from my order #420982 (Odana 35000 Green Biege M) 8/9/24.
I have tried contacting the chic couture several times via phone , emails and IG without receiving a response. As a result, I will no longer be leaving positive reviews and will instead take my business to Fashion Nova and SHEIN, who offer similar clothing better options other clothing websites anyway . I will always screenshot the clothing in Amazon vendors before ever making a purchase to ensure this doesn't happen again.

I ordered my dress on Tuesday and I received it by Friday on that same week. I'm a first time customer and I'am very impressed with the level of professionalism and quality. The dress was exactly as shown online nice fabric and reasonable price. I will definitely go back for more dresses. I simply love this store. I was hesitant about ordering from them due to a previous bad experience from an online store, but they have exceeded my expectations. Shipping was ridiculously fast, and my dress was just spectacular. The quality was amazing and got soooo many compliments. Chic Couture is THE BEST.

Clothes are cheap and they provide horrible and inconsistent customer service. The jumpsuit I purchased from them was really cute, but the first night I wore it, a hole developed on the side. By the end of the night there were three holes in the jumpsuit (I only went to the movies!) . CHEAP MATERIAL! In addition, I ordered a jacket and sent it back because it was the wrong size, I requested that they send it in the correct size. They called me and said they would send it out the next day. I waited two weeks! Only to find out that they never sent it and had issued me a store credit. I needed that jacket for a special occasion, which I didn't get to wear it to. So I requested a refund. Even though it was their fault, they refused to give me a refund. STAY AWAY!!!!

Great quality clothing with super fast shipping. The garment that I ordered was identical to the one advertised on the website. This is one of those boutiques that will have you looking like a million bucks for a reasonable price. They are very professional with great customer service. I'm picky about where I shop but they're in my top five. If you have a desire to make a fashion statement, this is the place!
