ARE YOU KIDDING ME? 08/27/24

I love Crumbl cookies but I just came out of this Clovis location disappointed. I’ve been waiting for the berries and cream cookie to come back and they were very skimpy in the berries. When I pointed it out to the gentleman who made it, he said it’s all they are allowed to put on the cookie. They have made this cookie with berries covering the majority of the cookie in the past. Even their display cookie had more berries.

This will not prevent me from going back to Crumbl but all I have to say is that the owner or management needs to do better. This was such a disappointment.

Been very disappointed in the last few visits. Service is iffy and the cookies appearance is not as near as on the pictures. The young ladies there don’t seem to care or they make excuses. Was in there on 11/23 and the frosting on the churro cookie was very sloppy. I don’t know if it is worth the experience. Also on more than one occasion, I have had someone argue with me or another customer. It is obvious that management doesn’t care about customer service at the Clovis store.

Wow these cookies are AMAZING! They are compliant to social distancing. Small, cute pop up. They have a nice display of all the cookies in the front and they are huge. Being a visual person I love this idea of seeing what they have to offer. The smaller cookie sizes are only for catering. We Got greeted as we entered. The staff was all very enthusiastic and friendly. We ordered the 4 cookies in a box. We chose the salted carmel cheesecake, nutella sea salt, milk chocolate chip, and chilled sugar for $13. They also have a rewards program you can enter your phone # at the kiosk at the time of payment.

Our cookies were ready in about 2 mins it was hot a fresh. I enjoyed them ALL! The cookies just melted in my mouth and was packed with flavors. I love that the cookies were fresh hot, soft and alittle doughy in the center! The salted carmel cheesecake can be alittle overwhelming but I still really enjoyed it! Loved the sugar cookie and how it was cold and soft one of the best I've ever had!

My fiance isn't really into sweet treats but tried all of the cookies and was also surprised he really enjoyed them! He said when he first took the first bite there was no flavor until he started to chew and all the flavors just exploded with each bite!

Overall very pleased with our experience today! Will definitely come back! If you go on their website you can order ahead for same day or future date and time, super convenient!

People should seriously consider not ordering from here as they do not follow directions. But hey, what should we expect from a staff that shows no remorse for lying. After speaking to corporate i have learned that infact no claims of there printer being down has been made aware to them. This stems from an order i made for my daughter whom just gave birth. A joyous occasion right? You would think it wouldn't be to difficult to put the note I gave online in with the order. Instead I was giving a BS Story of there printer being down. As I mentioned before, corporate has confirmed that this just isn't true. But let's pretend for a moment that it was true? Where is the common sense to HAND WRITE the note out. Just know that when ordering from here, common sense is non existing. What good is a gift if the person has no clue whom it came from.

These cookies are quality and delicious! I saw this ad on Facebook and there were cookies in my home in less than 20 minutes! The delivery drivers are the best, so kind and thoughtful! I just want to hug them, these cookies make my day. This is my second order within a 2 week span, they're that good! I love them ?

Incredible cookies and came again but I tried different locations in Clovis and it’s highly recommended. It’s super busy , people lining up and online ordering it’s way too busy especially with door dash where I’ve seen workers call out pick up for door dash
