I would always go every weekend until I went in on the 22 of Dec. for a cart & then the next morning it started leaking when I woke up. I only hit it a few times before bed & they didn’t want to exchange it cause it was not broken when I opened it. I know it had more then 75% left& it wasn’t 24 hour since I purchased. That was BS. The other Culture location would have exchanged it with no problem but since they are not the same they couldn’t do it for me ? So I would rather go to the Bullard one ?

So I went in yesterday, the total on my receipt is $30 and thats including all the tax fees, the ATM fee is $2.50, I checked and an extra 4$ was taken out, not shown on my receipt, but its shown on the atm receipt and my bank account. On my bank account it shows $36.50 was taken out. Again the total including taxes was $30, with the atm fee it shouldve been $32.50. Why was an extra $4 that was seemingly for absolutely nothing taken out of my account.

There is no reason for the $4 to be completely missing and taken out, I got a quarter and a penny back. The difference wasn't returned to me.

I dont think I will be back.
