HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE SERVICE!: I recently purchased my 2024 LEXUS NX 350H

WORST NIGHTMARE! What could go wrong on a second straight forward maintenance service? Today (Nov 13, 2024) for winter tire installation and oil change the nightmare has began. When I checked the rear back seat, two sets of my heavy summer tires were jammed on my rear back seat damaging and scratching my leather seats. Even a 7 year old child knows that a SUV seats can be folded down to placed heavy objects. My 4 newly installed winter tires pressure were DEFLATED and never got checked after installation The 3 tires are at 28PSI and one of them at 27 PSI instead of the recommended 33 PSI. The maintenance technician whoever installed my winter tires expected me to drive away with a deflated tires and be UNSAFE on the road! I don’t know where the technician received the training from for changing tires and storing them but this is not what you expect from a Luxury car brand. I believe that whoever is that technician should either be sent for further training or get terminated. Obviously this was very upsetting on my part since it’s a brand new car and I was required to leave my SUV overnight for a basic maintenance. Took a time off work for my scheduled maintenance. I never had any problem with Mazda maintenance or even Canadian tire and Mr Lube. They were all efficient and professional.

I phoned Jackie Ng my service dealer staff and informed me that he will contact the general manager to resolve the issue.

The same day, the general manager Peter Gonsalves promptly reached out to me to rectify the issue. I don’t know if I can ever TRUST the maintenance crew at the Lexus DVP. I will update my review once this is resolved. Please check the damaged seat photos for a BRAND NEW 2024 LEXUS NX. I thought a luxury brand like Lexus would provide a top notch service. VERY DISAPPOINTED, UPSET AND ANGRY! Luxury brand at its finest. I probably will never be buying a Lexus again with this horrible nightmare experience!

It was our first time to go to Don Valley North Lexus and ask about an advertised CPO vehicle as we were already in the area and the overall experience with the dealership was a great one. The receptionist connected us quickly with their sales consultant - Oliver Lo- who patiently showed us the features, differences and let us test drive the two vehicles we were interested in. Our questions were answered and we were then able to identify which of the two we would finally decide on. Special thanks as well to Stephanie and Fatima for arranging the financing.
