This store is always a disaster. I went in October, the cashier was on her phone the entire time. I was in the store today and it was a disaster. It’s hard to shop at Express when shirts are $98, but the aesthetics are worse than the dollar store or $5 below during the holidays! I stood in line for the fitting room and had to ask someone to open the doors after a few minutes. Meanwhile, the cashier was 5 feet away. I am not sure if it was bring your son to work day, but there was a young kid behind the counter who was asked to open a fitting room for someone while I was checking out. I’ve worked retail and understand the struggles. However, I’m only posting this as it appears the manager has been the same for the last two times I’ve been there. Each time, it looks like he’s hiding in the back room. Express needs to do better.

We found nice, dressy options for my 16 year old son. Not many selections for his size, so we were lucky. Good 30% OFF sale on the weekend after Thanksgiving. Dec 2022.

the older lady is chill. the dude seems chill. high quality products. The younger brown hair lady is very nasty, I would never have her in a customer service position. Everyone was respectful but her - I confronted her about the issue and she said it was my problem. That caused this review.

We can't wait to wear our new outfits though. I feel like Express is starting to up their game for the younger crowd.

When I went to try clothes on, the manager opened the fitting room door on me while I was in there. After that awkward moment, she closed it and made an unappropriate remark about how I should have alerted that someone was in there, as she was turning her key. I kept silent and approached her at the register that her comment was inapropriate. She claimed that should not apologize because she knocked and that she said what she said. When I said that she could have seen my feet under the door, she continued to argue with me as if I was not the one that was walked in to while trying on some clothes.
Then she proceeded to ring my clothes and did not apply the correct discount. Which was an extra 50% off on the already marked prices.
When I realized the error two hours later, I returned to the store for then to fix the error. The manager was on her phone on a lenghy call trying to ignore me. I had to call the front door sale girl to fix the error.
I normally dont sit home and waste 10 min of my time writing reviews about bad customer service. I usually dont care and get on with my life. But today was just complete disrespect. I am wondering if I deserved nasty comments, lousy service, being ignored, have the door opened on my while I am undressing and being told I should have screamed and alerted that I was in there in the milisecond that the key was turning in.

Arrumem o horário do domingo. Aqui fala até as pessoas 18h, viemos ao local as 16:20 e estava fechado. Parece que no domingo funciona até as 15. Precisam colocar os horários corretos aqui pra gente não perder viagem, eu moro longe. Era só isso. Obrigada.
