The repairman was 65 days out, Jason talked me through the problem and got me the right parts to fix my fire place and then the blower. Right parts, fast shipping, great service. Back up and running in a few days, not 2.5 months.
The other online places still haven’t returned my email. A much better holiday with a warm fire.

I found these guys on YouTube while searching about repairs to my Avalon wood burning insert. After several years of not having a working blower I was ready to get it back to working condition . To my surprise they were located pretty close to me. I reached out by phone and Jason was super friendly and helpful. He assured me if I made the 2 hour drive they could have me back in working condition the same day. Jim replaced the parts and got finished up in no time at all. He showed me it was in working order before I went home. They use high quality parts that are extremely durable, quiet, and powerful at a great price. I would highly recommend these guys for fixing up your blower for your fireplace or stove. Had I not been in a hurry, they would have painted it too but I took it home and painted it myself with high heat paint and it looks great now. Thank you again to Jason and Jim! After I replace the fire bricks, we will be able to enjoy our wood burning insert again!

I started looking for a fireplace blower a couple of months ago on Amazon. They're were some really "cheap" prices. I saw one listing that was quite a bit more than others. It was a listing for Fireplaceblowersonline.com. I watched Terry's videos about the difference in the quality of the different blowers. Terry convinced me not to buy a blower manufactured in China, the difference in quality was obvious. Plus, we can support an American small business! Okay, so now I had to call and I got Jason on the line. I didn't have enough clearance underneath the firebox to buy the BLOT blower the manufacturer called for. So, between Jason and I, we decided on a low profile replacement. Jason shipped it out that day and I received it in two days! Okay, installation was a breeze, however the lead wires were too short to get the blower to turn on, oh,oh! I called fireplaceblowersonline.com again thinking this is not going to work. Jim, answered my call and we decided to place the thermopile in another spot. I needed 2 longer leads of high temp wire to complete the installation. Jim asked how long of wire and shipped me out 2 of the specified wires that day. Tracking info was sent to my email and the wires, with connectors, arrived within days! FREE of charge!!!!! Okay, once upon a time, we used to get customer service like this, but not in the world we liv e in now. Every person I dealt with was so great and all they wanted was for me to be happy. What a pleasant experience! I wish I had more fireplaces just so I could deal with the fantastic people at fireplaceblowersonline.com. Thank you all for a job done with excellence!

Absolutely the best!!! Was stood in parking lot and called to get directions to front door and they looked out window and waved me to the door. It's on the 2nd floor in a cool old factory. One of the owners came straight over to greet me and we got right down to my fireplace blower problem. They went above and beyond the norm and got me a replacement. It's a family business that really cares about their customers.

Purchased a blower before Christmas 2023, installed it and had an issue shortly after I installed it. I emailed the company, had a response within 24 hours and after sending a few videos they had a replacement in the mail for me with a return label for the defective one. I would 100% recommend them simply on their customer service.

I was nervous to buy a fire place blower and install it myself. Everything I read online said it was easy so I decided to try it. I misunderstood what I needed and ordered the wrong product. I used Facebook messenger to communicate with the customer service here and they were very responsive and helped me quickly get the right items I needed. I used their online videos through YouTube to help with the install. It took less than 5 minutes to do and it worked immediately. The fan is circulating the air as expected and the house is toasty and warm. I would 100% recommend this product and this company.
