I loved this hotel. Yes, it is older with beautiful pine wood trim. It has friendly accommodating staff. We arrived without a reservation and were treated respectfully as a room was available. We ate in the attached restaurant and completely enjoyed our meal. And, in the morning we had their wonderful breakfast buffet. Best part? Some of the staff did not speak English and I felt like I really had traveled away from home! Thank you!

First of all, on the window in the room which look to the forest, has no any kind of protection. So, it is imposible to open window as much as possible because any mouse, bird, rats, mosqito or whatever can enter to room.
Second, you should provide air condition and some kind of music in Gym. Or better internet signal.
Generous of your staff is perfect.
Food is so delicious.
Room is very comfortable. And cleaning of it is also on the high levele.

I stayed at this property for 3 nights on a business trip and the services provided by Sophie and Sarah were excellent and top notch. They have helped and gone above and beyond their call of duty to make my stay comfortable. They both are really a great team and shows care and empathy towards the customers.

The noise in the room of a ventilation somewhere in the hotel was quite loud until late in the evening. The meeting room was poorly prepared for our reservation. The location is good and close to Linz and to the highway. Food was good and the service helpful.

Beautiful local hotel with pool, sauna etc. Rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. Staff are professional and friendly. However, the real surprise is the kitchen. Go for the Candlelit dinner and you will be delighted by the flair and creativity of the chefs. Fine dining in an Austrian style accompanied by an appropriate range of wine. Really worth a stay.

Rooms look as inviting as youth hostel. Really poor amenities and also not air conditioning. And leaving the window wide open not an option if on the ground floor, and despite leaving the windows ajar, the cleaners still shut it so the room was 30 degrees when I got back.|Poor reception staff, who made me check out the night before as I had an early start and no one works early..|Aside from one lady waitress, the restaurant staff and breakfast staff had as much charm as funeral workers...|Restaurant food ok, but that’s it..|

It's a nice hotel, good location, nice layout, big rooms and a nice beer garden restaurant.||But I just stayed here on the hottest day of the year so far and the rooms have no air conditioning and have no fans to keep guests cool.||Hornbach store is 5 minutes down the road, go to the store and buy fans for the guest rooms, simple and your guests will be more comfortable and therefor more likely to book again. ||One of the most uncomfortable nights I have ever spent in a hotel and it didn't need to be. Come on Stockinger sort this out and I would recommend your hotel all day long.||It's not cheap either so you would think they would go that extra mile.||There is nothing else to complain about, it's clean and the staff are friendly.

Nothing really special in terms of design or comfort. Typical German/Austrian hotel. A bit outdated but with all needed things, excellent and friendly staff, great restaurant with authentic Austrian food. Pool is available, free parking, breakfast with fresh juices etc etc What do you need more for 1 night stay? Definitely will come back once in the area.
