This location in Racine as currently gotten a lot worse with the amount of clothing pile of the searching capabilities. It was a change corporate made to pass more things through. The amount of clothing that ends up on the floor is just swept up and tossed. The other change corporate made was the pound limit. In order to get a discount you need to have over 50 lbs of clothing. As you can see from the piles, it gets so completely tall that you can't even see over to the next aisles. The clothing falls onto the floor, and the clothing falls into the shoes it makes it very difficult to even want to dig through massive amounts of clothing it's a lot to move. Because the bins are piled so completely high, it's actually difficult to move the closing because the majority of it is pushed from one bin to another bin by everyone else digging. The other unfortunate events that occur are the dumbing and may subject to unwanted items from patrons digging the bins into all of the bins. An example people collect shoes as soon as the bins come out they searched the bins throw them in their cart decide later they don't want the shoes in Mass quantity and dump them in multiple other bins including clothing or Electronics or purses. Just remember, when you're donating to Goodwill, it's supposed to go to a good cause. The amount of clothing they are throwing away after it lands on the floor is probably not your idea of helping someone.

I’ve been to the Sturtivant location twice. It’s about 1.5 hours from my home. I watch YouTubers who go to the bins locations around the country and I never see or hear what I experienced both times at this location. It seems to be monopolized by a group of teens to twenty somethings who are there to find items to resell. I have no issue with the idea of trying to earn an honest living. My issue is the language they are permitted to use. They use the F word as if it’s nothing. In front of children and seniors alike. Very disrespectful and a real turnoff. They hoard the carts and take as many as they like. They park them and head outside to smoke and gather around the entrance. The other issue is all of the unattended children digging through the bins preventing other shoppers from accessing them. There were at least a dozen screaming and crying and running around. Total chaos. This location really needs some visible active leadership. I have no doubt you are turning off a lot of customers with the environment at this location. I have visited the Chicago location and the issue with the younger crowd was an issue there as well. They however did not allow little kids which was nice. It’s just not an environment safe for little kids. Especially when they are left to their own devices and ignored by their parents.

Some of the resellers were nice but there was 2 different guys had to be over 40 pushed me aside when the new bins came out. The first guy shoulder checked me and would move piles of clothes right where my hands were, making comments to other resellers saying “this is how it’s done” and “you have to be faster then that”. Another guy was getting hand full of bags and would snatch something if you were going in to reach. People treat the bins like hungry dogs and kinda just kills the experience for others. Employees where there to witness it and yet I had one yell at me from across the store telling me to get behind the yellow line ( I wasn’t even going to reach for anything I was just walking by the other resellers that blocked the other side )

Go to these bins every few months and the resellers are terrible they stay there everyday open to closing time and camp out the new bins, big guy that is a reseller follows the bins around to look at which one he wants and he ended up at mine bc he saw some he liked, he pushed everyone that was standing around the bin and threw the clothes on top of people just for a shirt he wanted. Pretty sure he is pictured in these reviews too.

I love thrifting and I love the bins but I don’t like getting shoved. Yes some punk kid literally pushed me over while I was digging in a bin so he could grab a shirt. I looked at him and he laughed at me. SUCH DISRESPECT. I get it- there are full time resellers here but dude not okay. They need to figure out a rule or start banning people.

Update 4/3/19
With the hopes of the store "getting more organized" not even close. Recently went to the outlet a few days ago, probably stayed a good hour and a half and they kept rotating bins every 15mins....while I was there; they rotated bins 5 times. They got rid of the section with glass cup/dishes, electronic and furniture. Alot of clothes and shoe bins. I don't mind digging for a bargain but not if I have to move heavy electronic or items that are stringed around multiple items. Definitely bring gloves, alot of broken glasses, trash and untapped knifes. Also I noticed when looking through the bins and during rotation they aren't actually cleaning/rotating products, they are just putting more stuff on top of the old stuff. Makes it harder to actually go through the bins. Which sounds crazy but I honestly think so because I went there two days in a row and noticed certain items on the bottom of the bin and "newer" products on top. Yes, I understand there are multiple items that are the same but the bins I saw look no different. A lot of regular, who often get a little excited digging through bins and throw things in other bins rather your looking at the same bin or not. I don't have a problem with them but if your the type of person that is just casually looking I'd stay away until they leave that bin.
------------------------------------------------------------------------

I've been to this location at least 3 times and found some pretty decent deals. The only thing I hope for (in time) to be a little bit more organized. The books, shoes, DVDs, CDs, video games are already in coordinating bins and glassware are on shelves. Put men clothes together, womans clothes together, children clothes together, crafts, board games, toys, housewear, kitchen, tools, seasonal and so on. Yes I understand its and outlet but still I don't want to spending all day digging through clothes that are all mixed together. Bins rotate every 20 to 30 minutes. Bring gloves because in a few bins there was broken glass or knives.

Staff Is friendly. I see a lot of complaints about the young resellers but I have always found them to be respectful and courteous to others. They are looking for specific items and leave plenty for the rest of us. It does get a little frantic when the bins roll out especially since the one person per bin rule was lifted.
My only complaint is the amount of merchandise they are currently filling the bins with. They are mounded so high that they are impossible to get through. Its way to much, intimidating and exhausting. Please reduce the amount of merchandise per cart. I typically spend at least $100 each trip and only spent $20 this trip because I only made it through 4 or 5 bins in 2 hours!!! The rest of the bins, I just skimmed the tops. WAY TO FULL AND THE CLOTHES ARE TANGLED TOO!!!
