One of the cleanest Holiday Inn hotels we have stayed at. The front desk late afternoon shift gentleman is the happiest and most welcoming person! We watched housekeeping work their tails off, scrubbing showers as we walk past the empty rooms. Nicole was especially awesome, she helped us fix our TV that wasn't working, gave us anything we needed as we walked by the cart and also was a lovely person. The lady that did the breakfast buffet was kind and made sure everything was clean and filled and really did a great job. When we come back here for business, we will stay here again. Very impressive! Great job to everyone 🙂

What an amazing hotel. Cleanliness is off the charts. The breakfast was delicious and they were so nice. Front desk and staff are friendly and patient. Great location. Will stay here again! 100%.

What a great hotel and staff! My room was very clean! The breakfast was amazing and the staff is excellent! I will most certainly stay again when I am in the area and would highly recommend to any friends and relatives.

For a three star hotel this place punches above its weight class. The facility is close to new or like new in recent renovations. Their breakfast bar was quite a bit more than I expected with sausage, pancakes, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, they had this egg white vegetarian omelet thing that was decent and biscuits and gravy. It wasn't home made but it also could have been just cereal and milk. Not too shabby. They had a nearly full set gym with free weights and bench. The pool was nice and there was a working hot tub. But then let's talk about the staff. They were just the nicest, most patient and accommodating people. Like I said it wasn't the Ritz or anything but for not being five star this was a great experience for cost. Thank you Bedford Holiday Inn staff!

Recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Was never told by management that there was a problem with my shower handle (seal broken), which caused shower handle to not stay up, which caused water to come out extremely hot and burned me on more than one occasion. This was brought to the attention of the front desk. Not offered a new room and said would get fixed. However, never got fixed. I had nowhere else to stay, since all hotels in Bloomington were sold out. Problem continued and again was burned by water, since handle did not stay in place. After stay called and asked for manager who was never there. When Assistant Manger said he would pass on my complaint he stated the hotel knew of the problem, yet still gave me the room and charged me full price! Assistant Manager alleges talking to manager, yet Assistant Manager never calls me back after two days (acted like he forgot) and told me they could not compensate me at all for the room or their wrong doing. If I had not called back they would have never contacted me. Assistant Manager said all he could provide was points. When I called back and provided a new IHG rewards # and asked for the points, Assistant Manager stated I was rude and now I don't get points! Assistant Manager hung up on me. I've never in all my years (50) staying in any hotels have been treated so poorly and rudely by hotel staff. Not to mention, I was burned on several occasions by scolding water, yet they could care less. I would warn against staying at this hotel when they charge you for a room that does not work knowing the room has a problem only to make a profit! At this point, I will be contacting my attorney for further action.

Quoted my sister-in-law the wrong price over the phone for her stay, as in HUNDREDS of dollars wrong. This wasn’t a luxury stay either. She’s in the area traveling as an ER nurse to help Bloomington Hospital provide adequate care to those in the community. Her typical hotel was booked in reference to a busy Indiana University weekend event. You would think a GM and staff would have compassion to a traveling nurse, but has been so rude and not willing to help make this right. As someone who has worked for HIE I’m deeply saddened and disappointed to hear how she was treated. Please be very mindful and aware of any reservations made.

Accommodating and polite people to work with. Marriott was too busy to make wait for them an i was impressed with the cleanliness and accommodations. Would absolutely be back.
