Went to JCrew on Memorial day really liked it. Got some really nice clothes at 60% off. The staff is super nice and very helpful. I would recommend if you are in the area.

It was my first time shopping at J. Crew and I got everything I wanted from one store... Complete new wardrobe. Rose assisted me so much in selecting clothes and gave me honest and wonderful feedback on what looks good to me. 5 stars to every one working in the store.

It's been a while since I have been to a store that has wonderful service. Not pushy, just good an honest. The staff is clearly well trained here. My husband, young daughter and I came in ln Sunday, July 30th.
I believe Daniella was the girl in the fitting room and was quiet initially and then became incredibly helpful helping us pick out and find clothes. There were 2-3 other staff members, one girl for sure and a very well dressed black gentleman in a pink sweater vest that should be on the face of JCrew. He understood my frustration with lack of options for people that are long waisted and how everything was cut so boxy. Maybe he should help the designers because I would love the old school style of JCrew to come back with options for long waisted people.
We bought several things but mens area definitely had a better selection.

Check out was super cordial. Selections were great. Awesome season, excellent shorts even still on clearance, available... what? Front end associate, organizing store in the greeter position, was a hold out. Not particularly helpful. Gave him a few chances. I know he saw me folding clothes after myself, and my kids tamed. No, it was nothing anticipatory. His personality. Softened when he saw me trying to find coordinating tops right sized to bottoms I grabbed, while breastfeeding. Kindly brought up tops still in clearance, where I found a couple dream shorts. On service end, he really could have been like "we can order that size to ship to you (for free, another tidbit holdout a fellow shopper shared with me towards end), let me go ahead and bring one to the register for reference, if you decide that way." I know it is not personal shopping. It was a marathon shopping experience for me, though, considering how many gaps I had to fill, and we're talking maximizing shopper productivity, which is do their interest too, huh? Checkout was super sweet, though. 🙂

The worst experience! The manager of the sawgrass store is very rude, with little desire to help the customers and much less to keep them. I think she doesn’t deserve to be working representing the brand as such. She leaves her clients with a bad rescue and without to return ranges.
The saddest thing is that it’s not the first time it’s happened to me and her supervisors don’t do anything to make their clients happy.

I haven't been in a J Crew outlet in a while. To me, the prices seemed better than I remember.

J Crew is mainly "preppy" wardrobe stables. I love that this brand isn't terribly trendy, there are a lot of items here that won't go out of style by this season next year. They do have clothing for adults and kids.

I was a little disappointed by the sizing, some of the items had a very limited selection.

In addition to clothing, they also have scarves, hats, ties, jewelry, sunglasses, belts and some shoes.

I was surprised to see they carry men's suits here too!
