Wow what a hidden gem! We came upon this restaurant during our hike and it was a wonderful surprise, the ambiance was so peaceful, the food and wine absolutely delicious, so many locally sourced ingredients including an extensive local wine list as well as absolutely wonderful service, we will be back again.

I always eat at this place when I'm at a seminar at Dagstuhl. The food and wines are excellent, and the owners are proud and passionate to share the stories behind their dishes, ingredients and beverages.
