He answered all of my questions and helped me make the perfect selection. I chose the 2024 RX 350 Premium AWD in Matador Red Mica with the Macadamia interior. My car is beautiful! He was also instrumental in assisting me with my trade to ensure I got the best deal. Mr. Webster took the time to show me all the 'bells and whistles' of my new car and assisted with programming all of the car's features and new technology. He even went the extra mile and bought my mother and I lunch since we had been out most of the day running errands and had missed eating. Mr. Webster has been very attentive and accessible from the time we walked into the dealership. He has routinely checked in on me and my new car and has continued to make himself available for any questions or concerns. Johnnie Turner, a truly outstanding salesperson, was passing by and instantly approached me to ask if I had been helped. This small gesture set the tone for an incredibly positive experience.

As someone who had never been into a Lexus dealership or driven a Lexus before, I was understandably apprehensive coming from a luxury background with brands like BMW and Range Rover. I appreciated his willingness to meet me where I needed to be regarding price; it was clear that they value their customers and are committed to earning their business.

If I have had a problem; the service manager ensured it got taken care of promptly.All during this time I have had one service advisor over 20 years: Tammy Simone. I never worry about the treatment of my car when Tammy is taking care of it. She is simply THE BEST! If there were 10 stars, I would award them! I had a great experience with Winston Flaherty. He was patient. He did not push/rush us during any phase of our purchase. The entire process was flawless and worry free. My wife has been researching the ES 300h for a while and we finally decided to go for it. Little did I know I’d fall for the Lexus IS 350.
