The customer service at Lowe’s is truly exceptional. The staff is always ready to help and incredibly knowledgeable about their products. On multiple visits, I’ve had employees go out of their way to offer advice, assist with finding specific items, or explain how to use certain tools properly. Their friendly and helpful attitude makes every trip a breeze, and you always feel confident that you're getting the right tools for the job.

In terms of selection, Lowe’s has it all. From basic hand tools to more specialized equipment, they cover all the bases for any kind of home project. Ordered a microwave online for in store pick up. To my surprise, 2 hrs later they msg'd me it was ready.
It was in perfect condition & just what I wanted.
On another topic, I love this store, as everything is very organized and easy to find. Their plant area has a large selection, as well. Have purchased 3 large appliances in the past and have had no issues with their quality.

We started at the location in Pinellas Park, which is close to our home and had to go to Largo because what we were looking for was out of stock. This store offers the worst customer service I've ever experienced. they absolutely refused to honor the price from one of their own stores that was 5 miles away claiming each store is an individual entity. To make matters worse the so-called assistant store manager and employee that helped us were extremely condescending, rude and unprofessional. On Monday morning, I called corporate customer service to explain to them the issue and was assured that I would have somebody contact me within 24 hours and as of the time of this post I have yet to receive any correspondence.

I contacted the store regarding wanting to order a larger generator and exchange the smaller one I bought. The one I bought is still brand new in the box with receipt. It was $799. The one I want to order (cause they don't have it in the store) is much more expensive. They keep saying 48 hr return only. Then they say 30 days on lowes card. It's just over that. Good business would say: of course, bumping up to a bigger sale and getting one back brand new is a no brainer. Apparently these folks are not to sharp in business. After spending over 10k this year there, Robert was happy to tell me to go elsewhere. Smart move Robert. If I don't get a call from a supervisor in 48 hrs wanting to keep my long term business, I will gladly go elsewhere. Thanks for your unsolicited advice.
P.S. hanging up on a long time customer is not the smartest thing to do.

Returned an online order after received in box that looked like it was kicked to our home from where it was shipped. Manager and retun lady didn't see a problem with condition of package. Return lady was burnt out and rude for she had been dealing with complains all day. Says a lot about Lowes quality. Took 30 minutes and 4 people who kept saying they didn't know what they were doing to get a refund. Total Lack of professionalism. They should be ashamed but that seems to be the norm these days with large companies. Miss the days when people cared about their reputation. Off to try another vendor. Wish .e luck!

We were pleased buying a beautiful bathroom vanity at a fair price from Lowe’s although
as time passes it looks terrible.
The drawers do not glide or fit into the open
slots properly.
The marble vanity countertop is all pitted and even has cracks in spite of wiping it down and taking good care of this item. We are very disappointed.

Visited to duplicate some keys and not only do they have a self service kiosk like I've seen in many Walmarts, but they also have a key cutting station with a wide variety of keys that the store associates help you pick the right type and make sure they get cut correctly! All my keys work like a dream!
