The food was great as always but the lady that was running out food out was not a friendly person, my husband had to go in twice and each time that same lady got really crappy and rude even going as far as to say “again” when he had to walk back in there because that food wasn’t right the second time, and that time it still wasn’t right. I went in there to talk to the manger about it but I hope it was taken care of (probably not) I wish I got that ladies name, I hope someone see this and make this right for the future. Never have I ever felt the need to write a review about something negative but I truly hope this gets addressed and taken care of.

Stopped in after I got off work at 11:30 and when I went to order was told I could only order certain sandwiches and I ordered quarter pounders with cheese and bacon and 20-piece McNugget and large sweet tea and spent $20 something dollars and the sandwiches was thrown together worse than wat my kids make and some of the nuggets was over done and hard so far the worst experience I have has their

Drive through needs some serious help. 25+ minutes just to get to the 2nd window. I ordered on the app so spent next to no time at the ordering kiosk. Had to pull around and wait on the food for 10 more minutes. Over 30 minutes in this drive through at 3:00 in the afternoon is a little much. I travel for work so drive through is my only option sometimes.

Frequent customer here: the food and most of the consistent staff is great. The drive-thru service time is consistently bad.

These restaurants rely on their drive-thru "timer" to show that they are meeting service time benchmarks. To get around this, they "pull you ahead" so that they can buy themselves time and clear their timer. This makes you wait in their special curbside section while they can maintain their timers. It's cheating the system. Once you're cleared off the timer, they have no incentive to get your food to you quickly. In my most recent case, I waited 18 minutes for two pies and a McDouble. I left without my food after that time. This kind of wait is frequent. They will pull you ahead even if you're the only person there at 6:30 in the morning because they forgot to stagger their coffee pots.

The food is fine when you get it. The regular team is great with hard workers. There's a lot of turnover and a lot of folks who just don't care. You'll get "pulled around" almost every time and food will typically take ten minutes or more to be ready. Know what you're getting into.
