We had a terrible experience, went in looking to get my fiancé set up and measured for a tux rental for our wedding next year. There was only one other person in the store and we went in 5 hours before they were set to close. When we approached the employee to ask about the fitting she told us we would need to make an appointment, which I could completely understand except for the fact that they were not busy at all and we didn’t mind if we had to wait for a bit. Instead of offering to make an appointment for us she rudely told us to leave and call them sometime in January to make an appointment. Very unhelpful and overall just a bad experience.

I had a wonderful experience today. Upon entering the store I was greeted immediately and assisted with all my needs in timely a manner. They got me all setup for the wedding that I’m attending next weekend and for any other occasion I might have after that. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend, and know that’ll I’ll be back. Great staff!!

I have never left a bad review for a business, but this time I have to! We booked men’s warehouse for our wedding and have had a terrible experience! Almost everyone’s suit is either too big or too small after they were measured! Some people needed a totally different size and we were told it wasn’t available for our date which is TWO DAYS away! Customer service is awful, they have been VERY disrespectful and not willing to make things right! If you have an important event, I would never recommend them! Here’s one photo of many for reference! Literally find any other place to help you, you’ll be better off!

Absolutely fantastic customer service!! Melanie was simply awesome!! I wanted to check on some dress pants I received a web add for. The pants were not at the store but she encouraged me to order as I could return at the store free of charge. So I did. Pants were too long (which was my mistake) but I returned at the store with no issue (Kudos to the young gentleman who served me as well!!!) and got great fitting pants just 4 days later. Thanks Y'all, I felt that I was a valued customer!! Keep it up

My fiance and I went in to pick out suits for myself and my groomsmen for our wedding on August 2, 2024. There was a small wait because the store was pretty busy, but that is expected. Connor McGuire was the guy that helped us throughout the entire process (which can be lengthy for a wedding). He was GREAT! Super hands on and offered much needed advice when we needed it. He was very explanatory and definitely knew what he was talking about. Whether it was different colors or products offered by Men’s Warehouse, or just what is trendy. He was multitasking and did a great job of greeting customers that walked in while still giving us his full attention. He made the process super easy and helped us to understand each detail that we were choosing. Next time I am needing to rent a suit or if I am in the market to buy a suit, I will return to Men’s Warehouse in Abilene and ask for Connor!

When they mess up they do it big! Poor service despite their blunder. 6'4 son had pants that came to his calf, jacket too small in arms and chest! What are measurements for?!! Extra trips cost of gas $$ and our time! Their fix wasn't much better! One person working an entire store. Their noses in their ipads instead communicating with their customers. Very unapologetic for their mistakes too! Won't be back for prom!

Went in for a simple measurement for me and my ring bearer and to look at suit options they had to offer. I was told I needed to have the bride there because they needed to make sure she is happy with the options I am choosing. I told her I would be the one wearing the suit so it is my opinon that mattered. She still insisted I needed her and sent me away with a list of questions for my fiancé. Complete waste of not only my time but also my ring bearer and his family's time. All while making me look and feel incompetent of making my own decisions. The worst customer experience l've ever had and will not be back.

We had excellent customer service for our entire experience. My son needed a suit for prom. We did not have an appointment, but when we walked in a young man greeted us and took it from there. I think is name was Connor. He was super nice and made my sons experience 5⭐️! The rental came in days before prom & it fit perfectly. We will definitely return for any suit/tux needs!
