Good place to go to buy and sell baby clothing. Their prices are low, and they'll pay you for your used clothes (not a whole lot, but let's be honest, you probably would have just donated them). The only downside is their inventory is unpredictable, so if you're looking for something specific, it might be hard to find.

Arrived at day before Easter, to do some shopping for my grandchildren, and I found the store extremely busy but extremely clean and organized. They were well staffed for help and helped me with some items to my car, which is above and beyond. It was a great experience.

Really disappointed. Called to confirm what their policies were. Got great customer service on the phone call. Drove 40 minutes just to be told they weren’t accepting buys. I told them my situation, they said I could leave them and they’d try to finish today but if they didn’t I’d need to come pick them up tomorrow. So I’d need to make a 40 minute drive….. again, just to get the passes back. They offered to donate passes and mail a check.

But it’s very frustrating. I drove almost an hour with 3 kids to get this done. I said I could pick them up Monday when I’d be in town anyway. They said no. I feel like that’s the least they could’ve done considering this was THEIR mistake.

Everywhere is short staffed. I get it. But that’s where you make exceptions to accommodate your mistakes.

I’ll probably try Indy instead whenever I find the time to attempt this.

while i can say they do have some nice things for cheap i’m very disappointed in their buying situation. i had some young kids clothes that were just going to be used as hand me downs that i brought in. They told me that the clothes were junior sizes and that they couldn’t take that. but on their website it says “tweens clothing” juniors is tweens. so they bought 2 of my shoes and gave me an entire bin of clothes back and told me to try plato’s closet. but plato’s does not buy junior clothing otherwise i would have went there. my family and i used to love this store. now i probably wont be returning.

We drove 40 minutes to drop off our clothes. I called before to make sure they were accepting clothes before we went all the way there. We get there and they inform us it’s an hour wait. We go to run errands and come back over an hour later and they still haven’t touched our basket. They didn’t inform us that it was going to be longer or that they wouldn’t get around to it. We ended up leaving and going back home to come back the next morning. We didn’t get a text until 8:30 the next morning letting us know our clothes were ready. Thankfully we didn’t wait around.

I organized the basket with sticky notes by the type of item it was, made sure all the clothes were clean and folded, and when we got the clothes back, they had wadded them up and threw them back in my basket. They only gave us $50 for what they took including a brand new bathtub and they took over half the clothes in the basket. They then continue to tell us that they just don’t have room for anymore clothes but didn’t mention any of that when we originally called or came in. They wasted our time and were not friendly at all. I would not recommend going here.

Good spot to pick up used items for less, but not super cheap. They don't give you much for the items you bring (but something is better than nothing). Think I will probably just donate my stuff Instead next time. Checkout has been tricky every time I have gone but I'm hopeful that next time will be better. They have a good selection of both boys and girls clothing and shoes (newborn and up). Some larger items, toys, books, etc. Clearance is worth a look I found some nice stuff for my baby. Quality of merchandise is good overall.

My little sister works here and after meeting her co-workers it's obvious everyone loves their jobs. This also shows in the quality product they sell and reasonable prices. The store is set up easy to navigate and is cute and welcoming upon walking in. Parents that don't want to spend extra needless money should try this store out. You won't be disappointed!

Store is fine, selection is good. But most of the employees here don't seem to understand how to wear masks correctly--cover your mouth AND nose! For people that are so picky with what they buy, how did this little but crucial detail get by them?

And they ask for coins, fine. But one person counting coins one at a time? Took a good while.
