Came to this dealership from out of town after my car was totaled. Hands down the best experience in purchasing a vehicle. Love Palmen. Haven't met once person that hasn't said "hello" to me in passing and all are extremely friendly at the Racine location. Patty is always so upbeat, super friendly and will explain the issues at hand with your vehicle in a patient and very easy to understand manner. Always has a smile and it seems like she's happy to see you again when you come in. I like working with Christian as well. Service has always been top quality on my Gladiator which I love, and they seem like they might really like it as well because they always give it great service when it comes in. Great job Racine location!!!

Purchased 24 Ram TRX. Sales: Calvin was great. Very attentive and responsive even after the sale. Finance: Matt answered all questions with honesty. Both were low pressure and straightforward great to deal with, 5 stars. I have a few pending issues since buying this a week ago: defective part fitting plastics, rust, and the ultimate protection plan (it was very poorly applied, i wouldn’t of even paid automatic car wash money for this less than cheap detail). Brought this to their attention and am waiting for a response and solution. I would say definitely deserving of a 5 stars review if these problems get rectified timely. I will keep ya’ll posted.

Update: Brought it back in on 11/13, they said the tail light was just not installed correctly from factory and they put it in place. I received a phone call from service saying this was complete. When I asked them if they addressed the paint coating and rust he had no clue and said they just took care of the light. I asked them to follow up with Calvin to get the other reasons why I brought it back in. Received a call about 3 hours later saying it was done again. They detailed the truck and said they had the protection plan coating reapplied(can’t tell if thats true or they just cleaned the area up). When I asked about the rust they stated it’s surface rust and not warranted. They didn’t even put it on the service ticket only wrote it as a system diagnostic. Spoke to Ram customer service on 11/18 they said a rep will contact me further about this. I will attach more pictures of the rust which is not just surface rust it is going through the powder coating or paint. I will update this post with the response from them.

2/6: additional: water in headlight. Dealer said they had a fix it plan to send it out and fix it. They ordered warranty parts over a month ago, still not in. Still talking to ram customer service, they call to follow up every 2 weeks and said dealer pushed back the dates because waiting for the parts and that the dealer would call me for an update. Called the dealer left a voicemail for an update, asked for a call back to warranty. They have not returned me call in a month or called me with an update as of yet.

I had my truck in for a repair and I worked with Todd Atkinson. He was great to work with communication was excellent. The repair took awhile because they had to work with my extended warranty but Todd would call and give me updates and estimated time lines. I would definitely bring my vehicle back there for service.
