We paid €100 per person for a raclette grill for two people, which set high expectations but unfortunately, the experience was nowhere near worth the price.

When the food arrived, we were given just two slices of cheese total which is completely inadequate for a raclette, especially at this price point. The meat selection was clearly low quality and unseasoned. It felt extremely cheap and was easily no more than €20 worth per person. The sides made no sense either curly fries (very bizarre for raclette) and a tiny amount of bread.

Nothing about this meal justified the cost. On top of that, the service was slow, and the atmosphere felt cold and warehouse-like rather than warm or Alpine.

Overall, a terrible experience and very poor value for money. Do not recommend. Save your money!

Such an incredible experience! The staff are amazing, but the food.. is just incredible. The quality of the meat, 10/10.
The cheese fondue was the best I ever had. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone that loves fondue.

Amazing fondue and super friendly staff! I am happy I didn’t get discouraged reading some of the reviews below (also
some don’t seem to apply as the restaurant doesn’t serve burgers and fries?). My boyfriend and I had cheese fondue and it was very rich and yummy. The restaurant has a very long wine list as well, so you can choose according to your taste. I’ll come again when in town for sure 🙂

Out of this world and best fondue experience I’ve ever had. The quality of the food is exceptional and the wait staff is great. Relaxing lobby with a bar area if you want to have an aperitif and very cool interior decor throughout the restaurant and hotel. Highly reccomended if you are in St. Anton as there aren’t many places as unique as this!

We just finished eating dinner here. This place is bad; really bad. But, at least it’s overpriced; really, really overpriced. The food is uninteresting, gloppy, cheap and salty. Every meal comes with French fries and a baked potato. They were good; you’ll need them. I might recommend going there just to see how bad it truly is. I left poorer, hungry and with a distinct feeling of being taken advantage of both financially and gastronomically. Real real bad!
