Just a suggestion that Refunds team can also be the best by being little more proactive in coordinating with airlines and ensuring that we get ontime refund (followup with few airlines like Air India and international airlines is needed) Generally refund is processed ontime by airlines but for few ,if followup is done proactively, then client might not have to remind us so you guys can be best if focus on this and then entire team would become Unbeatable.
All and all you guys make A WONDERFUL TEAM.
