This store lies to people to get sales. Very slimy. If you don’t mind a drive go to oak creek location. I went into the store to get phone service and they told me I could “upgrade” my internet for $5 a month, so I said okay. It’s now $20 more per month and they put me on a contract so it goes up to $109 in one year. I was paying $45 a month without a contract. I called spectrum to see if I could go back to my old plan and they told me no. They are big scam. I recommend going to another store.

Not sure if they're short staffed or just want to look that way by not highering enough people to service the inflow of customers. You shouldn't have to wait easily an hour plus at a brick n morter store location at 11am on a Saturday. While waiting, it's interesting to see most people coming in and complaining usually about some kind of similar issues with catching over chargers or being given equipment they don't need or had even asked for smh.

I like the people working in the store. I needed to replace the converter box and remote for TV services. The lady that helped me was very courteous and respectful. Took care of business fast and gave me all the right equipment I needed. She had a big smile and was pleasantly happy to do her job.

Davina Herron was so nice to talk to! Very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Davina made my return of some boxes and receiving my XUMO stream boxes very pleasant. Davina was very good at explaining everything and took the time I needed as a 74 old not that great of a techie guy. Thank you Devina.

Spectrum customer service is dishonest they will try to rip you off any way they possibly can by adding stuff to your account without your knowledge, I had to call spectrum three times to get it canceled and each representative would add something different to my account so I had to call again to get that removed. I am totally dissatisfied with spectrum customer service, not only do they bully you over the phone they tried to pressure you into getting stuff that you don't want, I'm thinking about suing them for mental stress and anguish, being bullied, I personally hate spectrum.

Worked with Davina switched from android to apple. May i say she was great and patient and made this process i thought would be difficult very easy and an overall great experience.
