All dishes were good! Special highlight was Vital bread. It was absolutely delicious! Nice tofu, different sauces, crispy bread.. definitely recommended!

Soup was cold when they served, main food was delicious. View is amazing. Little overpriced but if you want to hang out in a nice green place with combination of small river, it could be a good spot.

I would give more stars if Google allowed, because this service truly deserves 10 stars! We were a group of 7 caught in the rain without a reservation, but they still managed to prepare seats for all of us. The service was top-notch!

Main courses were terrible. Lamb cutlets under cooked with very soft mushroom ravioli where the flavors were washed out with super sweet fig sauce that has been sugared. Steak was undercooked and again mash potato and sauce seemed to have been sugared. Place is nice and in summer will be lovely. But I think the main course chef lost his taste in Covid or smokes too much.

Very good home style cooking with excellent vegetarian option (can recommend eggplants with buckwheat). Service and location are excellent, too! After having had dishes in several other restaurants in this area, I was quite positively surprised. Don't try the non-alcoholic wine, not worth your bucks. Otherwise the drink list is quite extended. On the higher price side.

We decide spontaneous during our short "winter-november-trip" to visit the restaurant of the Strandhotel. I called in the evening asking for a free table for 2 ... fortunately the kind stuff could offer us in 20 min the last free table.

After we arrived we understand why also in the low season during the week it is better to book a table ... min. 90% of the guests are the hotel guests themselves.

The menu not that big, equipped with local kitchen dishes and mostly local products.
The waiter ... she was not that big speaking person type - but fast, friendly & she knows her work, products,... . So we felt in quite good hands.

The food left quite quick the kitchen ... as much more surprising was then the quality of the duett of roasted pink veal filet and long cooked veal cheaks ... and the half roasted duck in gingerbread aromated sauce.
Everything on point! Crunchy, tender, aromatic, soft, harmonic. We enjoyed a lot the dinner. Again it proofed the fact ... better a smaller menu but do it proper with good products and great work in the kitchen.
Just to say by the side ... the wine menu is not that spectacular ... but offers more then the standards and has a delicate portfolio also by the glass.
