I ordered the Terani Couture 1921M0727 Powder Blue dress for my son's wedding, but received a completely different dress. (See below 1. I got this dress 2. I ordered this dress) The color was much paler than advertised, resembling a bridal gown rather than the soft "powder blue" I expected. The dress also lacked the elegant shawl around the shoulders, which was a key reason for my purchase. Additionally, the zipper doesn't work where the fabric is thicker, making the dress unwearable.

Customer service has been a nightmare. The listed phone number is non-functional, and after multiple attempts, including being on hold for 30-40 minutes, I still haven't received any response. Given these issues, I am requesting a store credit or exchange, but would prefer a full refund if the original dress isn't available. This experience has been extremely frustrating.

Ordered Michelle’s dress from The dress Outlet and it was perfect! Description was correct, long and not super snug. Fit her like a glove! Highly recommend as it is affordable with high quality dresses.

ordered a dress with 3-5 business day shipping. Day 5 was my daughters homecoming. Unfortunately, the dress took 6 business days to get to her and missed homecoming. I attempted to contact the company hoping to speed up the shipping after seeing the tacking and got no response. The dress it self was beautiful and fit as expected.

My daughter and I were in search of the perfect dress for her Senior Prom and stumbled across The Dress Outlet. She fell in love with one of the dresses so we ordered the size she would typically wear. It came fast, she tried it on and it fit like it was made for her. No alterations needed!! We are extremely happy with not only the speed in delivery but the quality of the dress and the fit. I found the floral suit that I'd imagined for an event, and was super pleased that it was available at an American company, with really responsive chat agents.

Well, I should have known something was up when the site didn't have a size chart and the agent couldn't tell me any specifics. The site also didn't list fabric content, but I ordered anyway with the mindset to return if it didn't fit - because I reeeeeally wanted that suit!

Nearly a week later I get an automated message telling me that my purchase will take to to 60 days to be delivered -i didn't have 60 days - and to choose another item from the site. I came to this site specifically because I didn't want to deal with ordering an unknown item from a China-based company. Fortunately, when I contacted customer service asking for a refund, they quickly completed it.

So I'd give five stars for customer service, but one star for not being up front about availability or source of products, especially with the site specifically listing the location in Los Angeles

I was apprehensive to order from here, as I had never heard of this website before and I always use caution when ordering anything online, especially from familar sites. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. No issues with the transaction and the dress was exactly what it looked like. It fits my daughter like a glove, she wanted it for prom and she so happy with it. Not the best picture of the dress, but wanted to show the color/quality of it. Thank you so much.

Disappointed. The dress I received was not the right size, which I can take responsibility for. However, I paid 39.99 for express shipping (2-3) business days. I ordered on 8/16/2024 and received it the following Friday 8/23/2024, which is not 2-3 business days. Upon trying to return the dress it cost 42.00 dollar fee to return the dress and they have the audacity to say that it was “free shipping to return” lies. Overall on the phone customer service was good, but policy is just terrible. I would not recommend.
