Junkyard is fine. Customer service is disgusting called for 2 hours straight. Can't get customer service was disconnected 10 times the one time I was connected Woman was nice tried to transfer me directly to fort Myers was disconnected.Now I am still calling...

Very good source for used parts on older vehicles not for late models, very clean kept concrete ground, unlike the other used parts place in Fort Myers, which is a pigpen.

This is the only junk yard I go to, the yard is clean and organized. With a helpful and up to date website. If it wasn’t for Toni Rivera, I would’ve been out in the sun passed out, if he hadn’t come out to the yard to make sure all the customers were hydrated in the hot sun.

The kid working as you enter is always friendly and welcoming. The yard is very organized and clean as far a salvage yard goes. Lots of check out windows which help you get out because you still have to go put the part back in to get back on the road. I never give up a 5 star easy and I'd just say the wheelbarrows are getting old.

I used to go to the one in palm beach and loved it, this one i used to love with the paved ground. I spent an hour in heat pulling parts, got silverado tail light lense because the website says 12$ for lenses only for the kid to say thats not a lense its an assembly...66 dollars for the pair of taillights. Thats insane...even if it was bulbs and everything thatd be too much. This is a junk yard...i can get the pair on ebay for 34 dollars and they are charging double
UPDATE- I gave it another shot when i saw they got a new parts truck on the yard. Much better experience, think his name was Juan, but he was awesome. When you have the right person in there, people will spend more money, atleast I will. I hope my next time will be like this, I really want this yard to succeed.
