The restaurant is beautiful, sleek, and modern. The waiters are very kind and helpful. The food is absolutely divine! We finished our lunch with a cappuccino. We will definitely go back! 🤗

This restaurant is great. I had the best lentil soup ever! I think they are baking their own bread, it was warm and delicious.

The place is lovely, green, vibrant but somehow calm and perfect for dinner or drinks. Staff is very nice!

Urban's Lounge in Vienna offered an excellent experience overall, with notably friendly and attentive service—even without speaking any German, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. The atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxed, making it a great spot for a happy hour with friends. The food presentation stood out, especially the burrata trio with caramelized figs, which was outstanding in both flavor and texture. While the pizza was a bit disappointing and didn’t quite meet expectations, the dessert, a lava cake, was decent though not particularly memorable. Prices were reasonable, and the presence of a kids' menu was a nice bonus for families.

Supposed nice dinner turned into a debate of who’s right or wrong

The middle aged front end receptionist started off with being well mannered and all was good until there was a miscommunication and it turned into a debate on who was right and wrong. We wanted big prawn (shrimp on their system) as an ala carte while having a Shrimp based Pumpkin Risotto. He clearly misunderstood us and kept repeating that Big prawns was Shrimp and couldn’t understand that we did not want the Pumpkin Risotto. What made it even worse was when my partner and i told him that how was it possible that both of us heard correctly while he heard wrong, he pointed to the cameras which implied trying to prove that he had cameras as well to prove it. I have never met a server so eager to prove he was right without first understanding what the customer actually meant. If he is not the owner, this is a huge red flag. If he is the owner, you are the red flag. It was the FIRST time i did not give a tip to a restaurant even if they provided sub par service or food. Will never visit this place anymore. On the bright side, the young server was really polite and made the effort to understand why we refused to tip, which is the basics of service.

I had the Sunday buffet and had a GREAT experience! The restaurant staff was very welcoming and hospitable. The food was just another level for me as a vegetarian. The falafel, the pita bread, the salads, the dips, the soup - the best I have eaten other than my hometown ABA restaurant and I would put both at the same level. If you are vegan or vegetarian, and like Mediterranean food, you should try this place.

The young man at the counter, without hesitation, asked me whether he should add a service charge to my card or if I preferred to pay it in cash—this was just for collecting two takeaway pizzas. I was stunned by the boldness of the request. I politely declined, but the directness felt far too pushy for a simple takeaway. Staying opposite, I had hoped to return again, but after this experience, they won’t be seeing me again.

We stopped off here for dinner before getting a late train, as it is right next to the main station and super convenient.

The evening vibe is chilled, the lighting is cosy and the food was really tasty, service could have been a little more attentive but I would still highly recommend a visit.

The falafel burger defeated me completely, the house red was really good and nice size serving too, my partner ate the BBQ burger but was also defeated, excellent value for money.
