Habe einen libanesischen Roséwein (Chateau Kefraya, Myst 2021) bei VINVM bestellt, den ich sonst nirgendwo finden konnte. Leider waren nur noch 5 statt 6 Flaschen auf Lager - ich konnte mit dem freundlichen VINVM Kundenservice aber schnell eine Lösung finden.

Versand nach Deutschland inkl. Zoll hat super funktioniert, man sollte aber doch so 10 Tage einplanen. Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden und werde gerne wieder bei VINVM bestellen.

I have bought from them for the first time, just a few bottles online but I cannot fault the service. The packaging was very secure, dispatched the next day, email updates throughout and DPD timed delivery with notifications. The price of what I bought was excellent as well. Great customer service and great wines! The selection goes into some niche parts of the wine world (or at least niche to me) like Greek Retsina or a wide range of Georgian wines. Which is great when you're looking for something specific yet peculiar.

I initially had an issue with the delivery as it did not happen on time. Upon investigation, the delivery company explained that one bottle had been broken and there would be delays.

This was really stressful as I had ordered the wines for a specific event I was hosting and thus not having them would have forced me to cancel the event.

Monta, from Vinvm, took the matter into her own hands and solved the issue immediately which means I had the wines within 48h, all set for my event. She was very proactive in finding solutions and kept me updated throughout the process. I really appreciated that support.

I would blindly order again from this website knowing that if there is anything needed, they'll make it happen.

fantastic service , my delivery wasn't due to arrive till the monday , i explained i needed it for a 60th birthday on the saturday , the lady spoke to on the phone was brilliant and upgraded my delivery for free ! just got the delivery early saturday morning , couldn't be anymore helpful thankyou !

I have ordered from VINVM on numerous occasions. This is hands down the best online wine retailer with the largest variety of wines. I pretty much order Argentinian Malbec 99.9% of the time. Argentina simply does it better. Brasil does football the best, Italy does pasta the best.... VINVM simply does wine deliveries and service the best in the UK.
Monta Conrad is always fast to respond to queries or on the rarest of occasions quickly solve issues. These guys have every hallmark and quality to be spectacular. If only they expanded and did more.
It is so frustrating when wine isn't in stock as they leave it on the listing and say 0 bottles available... but at least they are honest with this rather than acting like they have something and making you wait. They manage expectation at least which is really important. WIne takes between 3-5 days to arrive. They were my saviours during lockdown. I have ordered so many times now and will continue. Please get more Argentinian stuff from Revancha and Trapiche varieties please!
They also price lower than everyone else usually also which is the other major plus. I just wish they would have incentives to buy more bottles on some of them like some sites do.
