Axelle understands the anatomy really well and listens to her client where the problems are. She did an amazing job explaining the reasons why and how it can be improved. She provided stretching exercises to do at home and it worked really well. We were visiting Boulder from out of town and massage helped tremendously recover muscles during the active climbing trip in Colorado. We would be back for sure next time when we are in Boulder. She is one of the top 3 massage therapists out of all the people we have tried in the past.

I don't think I've ever had a better massage than this. I'm a runner and came in with tightness from that as well as painful knots from some long haul travel and sleeping on planes. In just 75 minutes, Axelle used a combination of massage and assisted stretching to completely melt my muscle tension. I immediately felt improvement throughout my body, and the feeling actually lasted. Beyond her massage skills, Axelle is also just a lovely human. She was so friendly and welcoming, and explained everything that was likely going on with my muscles and how she was going to address it. I had never had a massage with assisted stretching before (it's not just a relaxing spa massage), and she made me totally comfortable throughout the process. I'll be returning every time I come back to Boulder!
